Unseasonably Warm; Thursday Night Storms

After a brief round of light rain late last night/early morning, sunshine returns in full force today… The warming trend continues; into the mid 60s this afternoon, along with a pleasant SW breeze. Mid 70s Wednesday and Thursday in advance of a developing storm system.

We’re still expecting a round of strong, possibly severe storms late Thursday/early Friday AM. With the surface low tracking far north of us, to near the Canadian border by late Thursday, this is not a classic severe weather set-up. But given the unseasonably warm temperatures along with strong upper level dynamics, we sure can’t rule out the possibility for severe storms late Thursday through early Friday morning. We’ll be able to get more detailed by tomorrow morning… In the mean time, have a great Tuesday!
